Anne Daley
Anne is a Licensed Counselling Therapist through the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Counselling Psychology both from the University of New Brunswick.
Since 2012, Anne has worked with children, adults and families in the Saint John region and as a therapist since 2019. Anne works with children (age 6+), youth, adults, parents and families from a trauma-informed, person-centered lens. With her calm and gentle style, she creates an environment of safety in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. Using therapeutic approaches such as: Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Trauma Focused-CBT, play-based therapy and creative expression. Anne believes in a collaborative, eclectic approach to treatment planning, working with clients to design a plan to best meet their needs. She has experience treating:

When she's not working you will most often find Anne somewhere in nature, whether going for a stroll in the woods or at the beach with her pup or camping with friends. She enjoys the relaxation and calm that comes from the outdoors.

Adam Tremblay
Adam is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) under the Canadian Counselling and Psychological Association as well as a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT) under the College of Counselling Therapist of New Brunswick. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of New Brunswick.
Adam has been working as a licensed counselling therapist in the Saint John region for several years; he works with individuals youth 12+, adults, families and couples. Adam is certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)-Advanced for individuals and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Groups, an evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety; with the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute. He has also received training and certification in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Adams' authentic and caring style paired with a strong person centered, trauma informed approach creates an environment that allows clients to reach their potential. In addition to his therapeutic practice, Adam is also an avid white water kayaker for the past 30 years and ultra marathon trail runner. He finds both ultra running and paddling to be excellent forms of mindfulness practice, teaching the ability to challenge yourself and an opportunity to play.
